  • Valet servicing – we’ll pick up and drop off your vehicle from your home or workplace
  • Mobile servicing – we’ll come to you, and provide essential servicing at your home or workplace
  • Contactless drop-off – feel free to drop-off and pick up your vehicle for servicing without any contact

Sales offerings:

  • Video conferencing or remote meetings
  • Valet test drives - drop off and pick up test drive vehicles from your work or home
  • Online vehicle valuations
  • Offsite deliveries

Proactive initiatives:

  • Practising social distancing – following prescribed distances between people
  • Cashless payment
  • Protective service materials – such as disposable seat and steering wheel covers are
  • Technician protection – our factory trained technicians wear protective gloves
  • Sanitised loan vehicle – please book in advance to avoid disappointment
  • Vehicle sanitation service included with service
  • Vehicle sanitation service at additional cost
  • Easy access to hand sanitiser, wash basins, or hand wipes for our team and guest
  • Increased cleaning standards - above those previously in place

COVID-19 Update from City Jeep

City Jeep's Sales, Service and Parts Departments are OPEN

While our dealership is physically closed to the public, our phone lines remain open during our updated trading hours for all your Sales, Parts and Service needs.

Contactless Click & Collect, as well as home and interstate deliveries are available for all vehicles and parts orders purchased during Victoria's current lockdown.

You can still have your vehicle safely serviced and maintained as our Service Department remains open. All current and future service bookings are welcome, with contactless drop-off available.

Sales Department:

Monday - Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Service Department:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Parts Department:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
